The Leap for Lupus Foundation is dedicated to help fund medical research for lupus. All the funds we receive will go directly to the University of Washington's Rheumatology Department to help them find the cure for lupus.
The Leap for Lupus Foundation was started by a group of skydivers in an attempt to gain attention to this horrible disease that affects fo many people. We are an all volunteer group, using our time, energy and talents to find the cure for lupus. Lupus is more common than better-known disorders such as leukemia, multiple sclerosis, cystic fibrosis, and muscular dystrophy combined. Those who have lupus develp it in the prime of their lives. There are so many people out there that so desperately need this research. How far would you go to help those you love that suffer from this disease? Would you jump out of an airplane??

By registering at www.skydive4free.com, you can collect online donations through your secure, personal campaign page. Your altimeter will be updated every time a donation is received, displaying the funds you’ve raised to date. You can also print out a sponsorship form to receive payments by check. Simply mail those in to us, and we’ll add them to your account. When you reach $500.00 we will arrange for you to make your free tandem skydive at any one of the participating U.S.P.A. drop zones across the country. Of course you can continue to campaign beyond $500.00, and let us know when you’re ready!
